Face Beauty Score Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Face Beauty Score collects, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Effective date: May 11, 2026

Overview

Face Beauty Score is an AI-powered photo report app for beauty, aura, personal style, grooming, and photo guidance. The app is intended for entertainment and personal style guidance only. It does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, identity-based, age-estimation, or health assessments.

Data We Collect

Photos

Users can take a selfie or choose a photo from their gallery. Photos are uploaded over HTTPS and processed to generate the AI report. Source photos are deleted from Firebase Storage after a successful report is generated.

Face Data

Face Beauty Score processes the face visible in the photo only to generate the user's requested beauty, aura, style, grooming, skin, and photo guidance report. The app does not use face data to identify a person, verify identity, authenticate users, estimate age, create face templates, create face embeddings, perform face recognition, or compare the user to other people.

Face data may include the submitted photo pixels that show the user's face and AI-generated observations about photo impact, facial balance, grooming, skin clarity, face shape, strong points, and improvement tips. Because submitted photos may contain face data, we treat them as sensitive and use them only for app functionality. Face data is not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, data broker purposes, or training our own face-recognition systems.

Anonymous User ID

The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates an anonymous user ID so the app can manage report history, credits, purchases, and data deletion requests. The app does not require a name, email address, phone number, or password.

Report Data

Generated report text, scores, report type, and timestamps may be stored under the user's anonymous app profile so users can view past reports.

Purchase Data

In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. The app and its service providers may store purchase identifiers, product IDs, transaction IDs, and credit ledger records to verify purchases, grant credits, prevent duplicate credit grants, and support purchase sync.

Advertising, Usage, and Diagnostics

The app uses Google Mobile Ads for rewarded ads. Advertising SDKs may collect data such as coarse location derived from IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, crash data, and performance data for ad delivery, analytics, diagnostics, and SDK performance.

How We Use Data

  • Generate AI photo reports.
  • Save report history under the anonymous app profile.
  • Manage credits, purchases, and purchase restoration.
  • Provide rewarded ads for the Basic Report flow.
  • Maintain app security, reliability, diagnostics, and performance.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and data deletion requests.

Face Data Use, Sharing, and Retention

Face data is used only for app functionality: generating the AI report requested by the user, showing the generated report in the app, saving report history under the user's anonymous app profile, supporting retry of a failed report, and responding to deletion requests.

The submitted source photo is stored in Firebase Storage, processed by Firebase Cloud Functions, and sent to OpenAI through the OpenAI API to create the AI-generated report. We share face data with these providers only because they are necessary to provide the requested report. Google Firebase provides authentication, cloud storage, database, and cloud processing. OpenAI provides AI image analysis and report generation.

Firebase/Google Cloud stores the submitted source photo in Firebase Storage while the report request is pending or available for retry, and stores generated report text and scores in Firestore under the user's anonymous Firebase account so the user can view report history. The source photo is deleted from Firebase Storage after a successful report is generated. If report generation fails or is interrupted, the source photo may remain in Firebase Storage so the user can retry the same report or delete app data.

OpenAI may process and temporarily store the submitted image and generated output as API abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required. OpenAI API data is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the developer explicitly opts in; Face Beauty Score has not opted in to model training.

Google may retain deleted customer data in backup and deletion systems for the period described in the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms after we issue a deletion instruction. Face Beauty Score does not sell face data, use face data for third-party advertising, use face data for tracking, share face data with data brokers, or share source photos or face data with RevenueCat or Google Mobile Ads.

Face Beauty Score does not store biometric identifiers, face templates, faceprints, face embeddings, or face recognition data.

Third-Party Service Providers

Face Beauty Score uses service providers to operate core app features, including Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, storage, database, and cloud functions; OpenAI for AI report generation; RevenueCat for in-app purchase support; and Google Mobile Ads for rewarded ads.

Face data is shared only with Firebase/Google Cloud and OpenAI as described in the Face Data Use, Sharing, and Retention section. RevenueCat and Google Mobile Ads do not receive source photos or face data from Face Beauty Score.

These providers process data only as needed to provide app functionality, purchase verification, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and support.

Data Retention

  • Source photos are deleted from server storage after a successful AI report is generated.
  • Source photos from failed or incomplete requests may remain until the user retries, starts a new successful analysis, deletes app data, or contacts support for deletion.
  • Report results may remain saved under the user's anonymous app profile until the user deletes app data.
  • OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs containing submitted image inputs and generated outputs for up to 30 days unless legally required to retain them longer.
  • Firebase/Google Cloud may retain deleted customer data in backup and deletion systems for the period described in the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms after deletion is requested or initiated.
  • Purchase and credit ledger records may be retained as needed for purchase verification, fraud prevention, accounting, and support.
  • Anonymous user ID data may remain until the user deletes app data or uninstalls the app, subject to provider retention rules.

User Privacy Choices

Users can withdraw consent for future photo analysis by not submitting additional photos. Users can delete saved reports, credits, transaction history, and remaining uploaded files from the Privacy & Settings screen inside the app. Users may also contact support to request help with data deletion or privacy questions.
